xiaoxiao i had to disconnect my pico. lost internet connection WAY TOO MUCH. REFUND?
Now that the time has changed it happens at 8pm every night. It's something about that time of day.
WyldStyl3 : I guess You need to Setup your MODEM / ROUTER...you probably have a timer reset.
This is still happening to my device daily.
That support page posted above is garbage by the way.
Now, my pico is not working at all. I've rebooted it several times the past 2 or 3 days and i can connect to it, but it never has internet and i can't log into it. What do i have to do to get it replaced?
WyldStyl3 Well, You need to open a ticket or send them an email... then Tech Support will tell you what to do. I sended my Pico back wia postal package and I got then a new one and its working now.

Well I put in a ticket on May 1st, 12 days ago. The next day I got a response to update my firmware to version 1.1.5. I was finally able to log into the device and get it upgraded that night and since then nothing has changed. I'm having the same issues as before. I've replied to that initial reply 3 times and haven't heard anything from Deeper.
Has there been a resolution to this? It's happening to me everyday, and I was about to connect my second Helium miner behind the PICO.
After I updated my firmware to 1.1.5 it happened for a couple more days then it seems to be working ever since. I'll check it again when I get home and report back. Did you update to 1.1.5?
